Claim Warranty

Note:

1. Put your correct email id for a copy to be sent on your email of the warranty form.
2. Take a SCREENSHOT of the warranty form sent to your Email id for record.
3. Please let us know if you did not receive a copy of the warranty form with in 3 days in the above mentioned mobile number.
4. Fake and duplicate name, bill number, date in the warranty form shall not be accepted by Happy Hours.
5. Happy Hours has all the rights to change, edit and control the warranty form if the customer puts up the wrong information in the form.
6. Please check your SPAM or JUNK mail box if you did not receive the mail in your regualar mail box.
7. For any confusion to fill the warranty form, you can easily call us at the given mobile number(whatsapp/viber) and we would be happy fill the form and mail it to you.
