Exchange Policy:

1. We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within the 1-week return period, subject to availability.
2. Exchanges can be made for a different color, size, or style of the same item, provided it is in stock.
3. If the desired exchange item is of greater value, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference.

Freebies Policy:

1. With every returned or exchanged item, customers are entitled return the complimentary gift card or freebie.
2. Freebies are subject to availability and may vary depending on store promotions.
